BREEAM Bespoke
A BREEAM Bespoke assessment can be carried out on any building which falls outside the standard BREEAM versions, or a building constructed outside the UK can be assessed using BREEAM International. Assessment criteria are specifically tailored to the building type.

Examples of buildings that may be assessed under BREEAM Bespoke include:
- Hotels
- Laboratories
- Leisure complexes
- Shared accommodation
