Exam & Test Assessment
Please note that if you are wishing to become a qualified and licensed BREEAM assessor you will require certification against the Competent Persons Scheme. This is provided by BRE Global. For certification you will need to complete a two-stage examination comprising of (i) an examination taken under controlled classroom conditions and (ii) a test assessment (after the course) which is submitted to BRE Global. An application form for Certification against the Competent Persons Scheme is then completed after you have successfully passed the two-stage examination. Please note that it is a requirement that once qualified your organisation must hold a BREEAM licence agreement in order to carry out BREEAM assessments. A copy of the BREEAM Licence Agreement is available from the BREEAM Office.
To undertake assessments for each of the schemes you will need to take out a seperate licence for each. If you wish to become a licenced assessor then please contact us at: breeam@bre.co.uk for our licence fees.
