BREEAM Other Buildings UK Assessor Training Course
A new 1 day top up training course

BREEAM is delighted to offer a new training course for existing BREEAM Assessors to become BREEAM Other Buildings UK Assessors (formally known as BREEAM Bespoke).
This new training course replaces the aspects of UK BREEAM Bespoke previously covered within the BREEAM International Training course. This course covers a wide range of topics, covering the scope of the BREEAM Other Buildings family of schemes within the UK (e.g. BREEAM Bespoke, Courts, Prisons, Data centres etc). The course will cover the processes involved and further technical information regarding the tailored criteria and standard schemes currently in place. The format of the top up day course is a mixture of presentations and interactive workshops. As a result of attending this course and obtaining the relevant licence, a delegate will be eligible to carry out BREEAM assessments on building types that fall outside of the current standard BREEAM schemes in the UK.

Course fee
The course fee includes all material required on the day. All candidates completing the course will receive a CPD certificate.
Lunch and refreshments are included in the price.

Pre-qualification requirements
To qualify to attend this course, you must be qualified and licensed in at least one Non Domestic UK BREEAM scheme.
Competent Persons Scheme
As the pre-qualification for the BREEAM Other Buildings UK course states that a delegate must be qualified and licensed in at least one Non Domestic UK BREEAM scheme, the delegate should already be certified against the Competent Persons Scheme. The BREEAM Other Buildings UK course will however still include an examination to demonstrate competency against the BREEAM Other Buildings scheme. There will be no test assessment associated with this course. Please note that it is a requirement that once qualified your organisation must hold a BREEAM Other Buildings licence agreement in order to carry out BREEAM Other Buildings assessments. A copy of the BREEAM Licence Agreement is available from the BREEAM Office.
To undertake assessments for each of the schemes you will need to take out a seperate licence for each. If you wish to become a licenced assessor then please contact us at: breeam@bre.co.uk for our licence fees.
