What does the exam qualify me in?
This exam will upgrade your current UK BREEAM assessor qualification to include the following building types: Retail, Offices, Industrial, Healthcare and Education.
This is for UK assessments only.
This scheme uses calculation tools which run in MS Excel with macros. Macintosh computers are unable to use this function and you will need access to a PC to complete assessments.
What will the exam day entail?
What is the format of the exam?
The exam consists of 25 multiple choice questions, the duration is 90 minutes.
Please be aware that this qualification no longer requires completion of a test assessment and as such the exam is much more stringent that any previous BREEAM exam you will have undertaken. For admission to the examination you must present acceptable photo identification (ID). This may be either your passport, driving licence or EU ID card. Please note that without photo ID you will not be permitted to undertake the examination.
Delegates are strongly advised to prepare fully for this exam.
Please allow enough time between booking this exam and the exam date to be able to complete the preparation material which will be supplied to you once you have booked.
