A one day top-up course for existing BREEAM Communities assessors

18 January 2013 - BRE Watford

Details :

BREEAM Communities 2012 is a significant update to the BREEAM Communities scheme that was originally launched in 2009. The scheme has been updated to ensure it is aligned with changes to the UK planning system and to respond to customer feedback. The new scheme follows a three step process that is more closely linked to the project management of large developments.

  • timescales, phasing and assessment
  • the technical aspects of BREEAM Communities
