Diploma in On-Construction New Build Dwellings (SAP) Energy Assessment Training

BRE Training are hosting three days of training that will give you the knowledge that you need to start assessing the energy performance of new dwelling designs, carry out the Building Regulations compliance calculations and produce the EPC.

EPCs for newly created dwellings can only be produced by qualified On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessors who hold a licence to practice.  Dwellings that require an EPC include buildings that were originally used for other purposes but have been converted, as well as newly built homes.
