Innovation Future Zone at Ecobuild
Twenty new or near to market innovations that creatively address the carbon reduction challenge will be on display in the Innovation Future Zone at Ecobuild, 2-4 March. They range from energy harvesting paving slabs and home energy servers through to paper concrete construction blocks and waterless radiators.
A panel of industry experts have selected the products from a total of forty entries to a competition run by the Modern Built Environment Knowledge Transfer Network (MBEKTN) in 2009. The overall winner will be selected on the final day of Ecobuild, Thursday 4th March, following a combination of online and visitor votes.
To see the innovations and cast your vote, come along to the Innovation Future Zone (stand 2048) Ecobuild. Alternatively you can go to the MBEKTN and cast your vote online www.mbektn.co.uk.
The Innovation Future Zone is being run by MBEKTN, along with partners the Technology Strategy Board, EPSRC, CIOB and the Nanotechnology Knowledge Transfer Network.
