How to become a BREEAM assessor

BRE is continuing to expand its network of licensed assessors. Regular training courses for the Code for Sustainable Homes, Ecohomes and Non Domestic versions of BREEAM are held at BRE's headquarters in Watford.

BRE's expert BREEAM team has been training assessors for over 6 years.

Its training courses are available for all construction and environmental professionals.

On completing training courses attendees wishing to become active assessors need to complete a test assessment. On successful completion of the two day training course and test assessment individuals may purchase a BREEAM licence from BRE.
