2008 BREEAM Awards

The 2008 BREEAM award winners were announced on the 18th September at the 100% Detail Exhibition and received their awards from Martin Townsend Director of BREEAM.

The winners were:

BREEAM Industral: Costco Warehouse, Croydon

 

BREEAM Multi-Residential: Lancaster University - Phase IV Residential

 

BREEAM Offices: DEFRA Headquarters, Lion House, Alnwick

 

BREEAM Retail: Cabot Circus, Bristol

 

BREEAM Schools: Eltham Hill Technology College, Greenwich, London

 

Code For Sustainable Homes: 32 & 33 Tewitt Close, Windmill View, Illingworth
