The Code for Sustainable Homes assessor training course
The first step to becoming an Code assessor is to attend a three day Code assessor training course.
The Code assessor training consists of lectures and workshop exercises to help familiarise yourself with the Code for Sustainable Homes technical guidance.

The Code for Sustainable Homes examination process
To become a licensed Code assessor you will be required to return to BRE for a fourth day and successfully pass an examination. On this fourth day of training our team will also provide additional tutoring and workshops.
Obtaining a BREEAM licence
Once you have passed your examination you will be eligible to apply for an Code licence.
