BREEAM Other Buildings represents a family of schemes and methods that provide a number of different options for assessing non-domestic buildings that fall outside the scope of the current standard UK BREEAM schemes (Offices, Retail, Industrial, Healthcare and Education).

- BREEAM Bespoke Single & Multiple Building Criteria - Allows buildings that do not fit existing standard BREEAM schemes to be assessed and certified against the BREEAM benchmark and meet BREEAM related performance requirements.
- BREEAM Tailored Criteria development - Criteria that are developed and tailored specifically for a particular building type and usually for a specific client.
- Existing Schemes - Schemes developed for particular clients, such as BREEAM Prisons and BREEAM for Data Centres.
