BREEAM Extranet

The BREEAM Extranet acts as an online repository for all the information necessary to conduct BREEAM/Code for Sustainable Homes assessments - such as Calculator Tools, Technical Checklists, Report Templates, Assessor Correspondence and Registration Forms.The Extranet is made up of separate sections allocated to each assessment scheme with access granted to Assessors licensed in that scheme.

A Public Folder contains examples of the aforementioned documents made available to licensed Code Assessors, albeit provided at a 'reduced experience'. This can be accessed using the login details
