How to become a licensed Non-Domestic Assessor

Non-Domestic training courses
To become a Non-Domestic BREEAM Assessor in any of the above versions you will need to have completed three days of training. The first two days are the Foundation Days (common to all non domestic versions of BREEAM) and the third day is a Top Up day (this is version specific).
All Non-Domestic training courses consist of lectures and workshop exercises. During the courses you will work on case studies to help familiarise yourself with the BREEAM versions.

The Non-Domestic examination process
To become a licensed Assessor you need to complete the version specific test assessment. This consists of a multi-choice exam at the end of the version specific day and a case study homework assignment to be handed in within 3 months of attending the training course.
Obtaining a BREEAM license
Once you have passed your exam and test assessment you will be eligible to apply for an BREEAM licence. Details of costs to become a licensed Assessor can be obtained from the BREEAM Office.
