Training options for BREEAM and Code for Sustainable Homes Assessors

A number of options are available for training

The option you choose will depend upon the building type you wish to assess.

To help you choose the right course we have provided general information on BREEAM and the Code for Sustainable Homes on this website. 

You can also view and download individual BREEAM Scheme Documents from the Resources page. 

Once you have decided the training you want the process to becoming a licensed assessor is straightforward:

1. View the Training Calendar and book onto the course
2. Attend the training.
3. Complete and pass the course examination and test assessment where applicable, see scheme details)
4. When you have successfully completed the training you will be sent a license application form which must be completed and returned to our licensing department
5. Once you have become licensed you will be able to register and carry out assessments in your chosen scheme.
