BRE Global provide BREEAM and Code training for all building professionals. Training is provided at our Watford headquarters and bespoke in-house seminars that can be catered to meet individual needs.
Full BREEAM Assessor Training
A 3 day course covering all aspects of becoming a BREEAM assessor. Courses are run at BRE Global regularly throughout the year for all BREEAM schemes. Please visit our Training and Events page for the latest dates and details.
New BREEAM Commercial Schemes Training Course
The BREEAM 2008 update resulted in a degree of technical consolidation across all BREEAM non-domestic schemes. Whilst some technical differences remain there is now a greater opportunity for the training of assessors in certain schemes - namely Offices, Industrial and Retail - to be consolidated.
This has major benefit to our assessors in that it essentially provides 3 training courses for the previous price of 1. It reduces the amount of time spent out of the office and gives you the opportunity to be trained more quickly.
First course
The first new BREEAM Commercial Schemes training course will be delivered for the first time on the 7th May 2009 when it will permanently replace the currecnt Offices, Industrial and Retail courses.
Cost
BREEAM Commercial 3 day training (which consists of two Foundation Days plus the one day Commercial Schemes Top Up) £1475 plus VAT (this fee comprises Training at £1125 and a Test Assessment at £350).
