2008 BREEAM Awards for Wales

The 2008 BREEAM awards for Wales winners were announced on the 7th March 2008 at the Greener Homes and Buildings Exhibition and received their certificates from Jane Davidson AM,  Minister for the Environment, Sustainability and Housing and Nick Tune Director of BRE Wales.

The winners were:

BREEAM Bespoke: New Construction & Technology Block, Pembrokeshire College, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire

BREEAM EcoHomes: Plots 1-178 Glasdir, Ruthin, Denbighshire

BREEAM Offices: Unit 5, Great Oak Business Park, Llandloes
